The Open Access Journal of Clinical Trials will no longer consider meta-analyses for publication, and study protocols are not suitable for this journal.

When considering submission of a paper, authors should ensure that such studies add significantly to the body of knowledge about a clinical trial and its outcomes. 

Acceptable Article Types

Publishing original research, reports, editorials, reviews and commentaries on all aspects of clinical trial design, management, legal, ethical and regulatory issues, case record form design, data collection, quality assurance and data auditing methodologies.
