Design, Development, and Translational Science of Inhaled Nanomedicines for Pulmonary, Nasal, and Nose-to-Brain Delivery
Respiratory delivery is important, as it is clinically successful in the targeted treatment of many respiratory diseases, In addition, respiratory delivery is used as a non-invasive route of administration for certain types of systemic therapies. Inhalable nanomedicines are a growing class of respiratory products and several inhalable nanomedicines are used clinically. Inhalable nanomedicines offer unique opportunities as well as unique challenges. The purpose of this collection is to explore the latest knowledge base and scientific research in inhalable nanomedicines.
