This section considers original research and systematic reviews covering the entire spectrum of endocrinology, diabetes, andrology and metabolism. We have a particular interest in studies that advance the understanding of endocrine pathophysiology, explore novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, and address the multidisciplinary management of complex endocrine disorders in an era of personalized medicine. We strongly encourage submissions that bridge the gap between basic science and clinical practice ("from bench to bedside"), reflecting the dynamic and evolving nature of modern endocrinology.

Topics included are diseases and dysfunctions of all endocrinological organs and hormonal axes; diabetes, obesity, and metabolism; thyroid and parathyroid dysfunctions and tumors; sexual and reproductive medicine; osteoporosis; pituitary and adrenal gland disorders and diseases; bone and mineral metabolism; reproductive endocrinology; neuroendocrinology and endocrine tumours; and pediatric endocrinology.
