This section welcomes original research, reviews, and perspectives encompassing the full spectrum of urological science and clinical practice. Submissions that explore innovations in diagnosis, functional urology, and oncological care are particularly encouraged. Emphasis is placed on clinical trials, translational genitourinary research, health technology assessment, and real-world data that inform best practices and equitable access to high-quality urological care.

Topics included are urologic oncology: prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, and penile cancers; functional urology, including pelvic floor disorders and incontinence; andrology, male infertility, and sexual medicine; stone disease, metabolic evaluation, and prevention strategies; pediatric urology and congenital anomalies; urothelial biology, inflammation, and immunotherapy; translational research, biomarkers, and precision medicine; assessing patient health and recovery after surgery, and cost-effectiveness; education, workforce training, and implementation of new technologies in diverse health systems.
