Dr Michela Starace

Dr. Michela Starace is a Dermatologist at the Department of Medical and Surgical Science, Dermatology- IRCCS, Policlinico Sant’Orsola, Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, Italy. She is the Chair of EADV Hair task force, Chair of IDS trichoscopy and onychoscopy task force, and Treasurer of the European Hair Research Society (EHRS).

Dr. Starace is a board member of several International Societies, a Section Editor of Hair and Nail in different International Journals, and a reviewer for many international papers. Her major research activities are in Hair and Nail biology, Mycology and parasitology, Wound care Unit, and Cutaneous Toxicity. 

Dr. Starace is the author of 257 papers published in International and National Journals and has written 25 book chapters.
